The purpose - estimation of a medico-demographic situation and morbidity of the inhabitants is most radioactive contaminated rayons of the Volyn, Zhitomir, Kiev and Rovno oblasts. Methods - demographic, sociological, mathematico-statistical, graphic, software-technological with use of applied software packages (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, SPSS), personal computers (Samtron, Toshiba). Results. Is shown, that for is most radioactive of the contaminated rayons of the country two tendencies of changes of a demographic situation are characteristic: a loss (Kiev and Zhitomir oblasts) and gain of the population (Rovno and Volyn oblast). The medico-demographic situation now is better in researched rayons of the Volyn and Rovno oblasts. In 2010 in comparison since 2006 the birth rate in the majority of researched territories, behind exception Manevichi (on -2,5 %), Ovruch (on -3,9 %) and Polesskoe (on -6,3 %) rayons has increased. The mortality in Ukraine was at a level 15,2-16,2 ‰. The lowest parameter of a death rate was observed in rayons of the Volyn and Rovno oblasts (11,6-15,1 ‰), high - in Zhitomir and Kiev (16,6-21,7 ‰). The authentic decrease of the infant mortality in Ovruch rayon of Zhitomir oblast and in the Kiev oblast (with annual rate of decrease 2,27 ‰ and 0,64 ‰, accordingly) and gain - in Ivankov rayon of the Kiev oblast (with 12,7 ‰ up to 23,19 ‰, annually on 2,6 ‰) is revealed. In 2010 the parameter of the infant mortality exceeded nation-wide a level in 1,2-2,5 times in a Kamin-Kaschirsk, Manevichi, Zarichne, Rokitne, Narodichi and Ivankov rayons. In other researched territories of the precise tendency of changes of a parameter is not marked. In 2006-2010 the morbidity of the adult population was characterized by the tendency to decrease in the Volyn and Rovno oblasts, but it statistically is not authentic. The growth of the morbidity was in Kiev (+5,07 %) and Zhitomir (+0,36 %.) oblasts, Ovruch (+21,35 %) and Ivankov rayons (+16,67 %). Authentically was higher in comparison with nation-wide by parameters the morbidity in Rokitne and Sarny rayons of the Rovno oblast. The morbidity of the adult population by illnesses of endocrine system has increased of the Rovno oblast (+16,4 %), Polesskoe (+88,26 %), Ivankiv (+52,96 %), Zarichne, Rokitne and Sarny (twice has exceeded the appropriate parameters on the Rovno oblast (р < 0,05) and three times - on Ukraine as a whole) rayons. On parameters yhe morbidity of bodies of digestion and their by separate nosological by the forms the most bad condition of health among researched rayons at children of Kamin-Kaschirsk and Manevachi, of the Volynsk oblast, Ivankov of the Kiev oblasr both Rokitne and Sarny of the Rovno oblast. By the reasons of changes in a condition of health of the inhabitants of the radioactive contaminated territories, there can be an action of a complex of the negative factors at residing on RCT, including and internal irradiation caused by consumption is of theradioactive contaminated products of a foodstuff. The survey showed that 26-96% of the residents of radioactively contaminated areas immediately after the accident and subsequently eating locally grown food and forest products. Therefore, in order to preserve the health of the affected should continue to take measures to prevent contamination of food raw materials and food radioactive substances accidental origin and use of food stamp affected children in childcare and educationIntroduction: 12 publications, 1 article in a magazine, 3 - in the collections of the scientist of work, 8 - in other editions, report for NAMS of Ukraine, Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Ministry of emergency situation of Ukraine, NCRP of Ukraine, methodical recommendations.4 acts implementing.
