Research Methods: clinical, laboratory and instrumental statistics. Results and novelty. Based on the examination of children - residents of radioactively contaminated territories (RСT) containing 137Cs from 269 to 6253 Bq in the body found that maintaining hemodynamic profile, blood pressure was less favorable than in healthy children by increasing the total vascular resistance and hypokinetic type of organization hemodynamic, which is energetically more costly. A comprehensive study of neurohumoral regulation cardiohemodynamics in children living under conditions of chronic transfer of 137Cs from food chains revealed dysregulation in managing sinus node, which helped reduce adaptive-adaptive mechanisms. Thermographic study endothelial reaction vessels with occlusion test showed children - residents RСT increasing area hipercompensation period, the duration of thermographic return to baseline performance, lowering Square recession period and amplitude decrease, which may indicate the presence of endothelial dysfunction. Research contents of NO metabolites in serum showed that in children the main group compared with the control observed a significant reduction of nitrite, whereas significant differences in nitrate content and total content indicator of NO metabolites were observed. Activate the main intracellular antioxidant - catalase in the main group in the absence of increased end product of lipid peroxidation - malondialdehyde indicates sufficient compensatory capacity of antioxidant system in children with 137Cs content from 269 to 6253 Bq in the body. In children, the main group decreased functional activity of neutrophils and some changes of immunological parameters with the development of allergic and infectious syndromes secondary immune deficiency at wide variability of all immunological parameters control.
