Hyperglicaemia after 2 monthes resulted in microangiopathy, spot loss of endothelial layer, odema of smooth muscle cells and connective tissue. Injection of stem cells did not cause restoration of cavernose tissue and start spots of abnormal tissue proliferation. Further studies needed.
