There has been performed preventive methods of reproductive losses in specified women groups and effectiveness of the same. The complex of pregravadive preparation, which includes correction of hormonal damages of glandula thyroidea with prescription of therapeutic dose of levotiroxine, and also correction of hormonal malfunctions of reproductive system with prescription of progesterone, prophylaxis of hypovitaminosis, hypomicroelementosis with prescription of polyvitaminic and mineral complex containing iodine, selenium, zinc. Such measures provide favorable conditions for functionality of receptor apparatus against thyronine and sex-associated steroids, including during fertile cycle, which has positive influence on further metabolism during pregnancy and provides conditions for effective completion of pregnancy and birth of a healthy baby.
