The purpose of the scientific research is to develop the theoretical basics of the designing of the new type of WEP with the floating wave energy converters that operate in extreme hydro-meteorological conditions under the control of multi-level adaptive automatic control systems. Research methods and equipment: The method of mathematical modeling of processes of the controlled transformation of energy in the system elements "flexible energy-absorbing element - transmission - hydraulic pump - hydraulic accumulator - turbine - synchronous generator" (FEAE - Tr - HP - HA - T - SG); theoretical basis for the use of inverse neural network and mathematical models of control objects. Theoretical and practical results: with the characteristics of the Black Sea basin waves proposed by WEP, which contains two power modules, each of which is a floating platform, mounted on the anchor on which the flexible energy-absorbing element in the transmission output shaft and the step-up gearbox, hydraulic pump, hydraulic accumulator, drive turbine and synchronous generator. Generators are electrically connected in series, and their phase operation is provided by the automatic control system, which is built on the basis of the theory of artificial intelligence. The algorithms of the experiments conductions were developed, which provide an opportunity to receive training samples for neural networks to the real object. On the basis of the inverse model is synthesized control system rotating speed rotor of the generator, which provides transients without overshooting when loading and offloading. Novelty: first by presenting a flexible tape as a set of elementary parts, the motion of which is subject to the basic laws of fluid dynamics and kinematics, a mathematical model of flexible energy absorbing element as a control object, which is the basis for the research of energy efficiency of WEP; for the first time on the basis of research of the effect of length of flexible energy absorbing element on the value of manufactured output of the WEP synthesized automatic control system of its length; the first time for a non-linear dynamic object a high order - synchronous hydroelectric generator of WEP - obtained an inverse model based on artificial neural networks, which makes it possible to build high-performance control system and receive training sample to the real object; for the first time on the basis of the inverse model of the control object, synthesized frequency stabilization of the hydroelectric generator of WEP that provides transients without overshoot end control system by the rotation angle of the rotor hydroelectric generator of WEP which provides a stable consistent performance of synchronous generators of WEP without overshoot and provides an opportunity to increase the initial voltage of the WEP without using a transformer.Efficiency of implementation: Theoretical results are used in the design of ACS layout of WEP in NUS and the Russian-Vietnamese Tropical Research and Technology Center, as well as NUS with training and master with the specialty 8.092201 " Electrical systems and complexes of transport facilities." Sphere (sector) use - conversion of renewable types of energy. Product Description popup.authors А. Філіппова А.Надточій В. Корицький В.Надточій В.Середа Г. Бабкін Доан Фук Тхи М. Дубіна Н.
