THE PURPOSE of the WORK: increasing of efficiency of the treatment, reduction of the frequency osteopenic syndrome on base of the development of the modern criterion of the early diagnostics and improvement of the ways of the treatment of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. RESULTS: on the grounds of examinations of 81 patients with articular form of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (AF JRA) and 25 healthy children clinical and instrumental shifts as manifestations of the disease are specified. The differential diagnostic value of bone remodeling biochemical markers was stated. The role of remodeling process disorders in the beginning of the disease is confirmed in the form of activation, and in its height - depression of bone formation. The indications for using of the drug "Calcium D3 Nycomed" were estimated. After the treatment with this drug the normalization of phosphorus-calcium metabolism and decrease the frequency of severe forms of the disease was noted. EFFICIENCY: reduction of frequency osteopenic syndrome in this disease approximately 1.5 times REGION of APPLICATION: children somatic and cardiorheumatological departments of children hospitals, medical high educational institutions.
