It was detected the nosology forms of prevalence tumours, for that a necessity is realization of population or conservative screening. In this study, we carried out assessed the evidence base and screening criteria to adapt screening programs in Ukraine. Screening criteria is : a disease must be it is widespread enough and to have a large social value; there must be a diagnostic test (technology or methodology of diagnostics) in clinical practice, that allows reliably to find out a disease in the preclinical stage; the educed disease can be cured by means of existing in clinical practice methods; screening must result in the decline of death rate from this disease in the inspected population; screening must be economically advantageous, i.e. charges on timely diagnostics must be below than charges on treatments of patients, that apply for Medicare with the clinical symptoms of this disease.
