The purpose of the work is production technology reprocessing of low cement alumina spinel vibration and mullite corundum self-flowing castables. The research methods are physicochemical, petrographic, physico-mechanical and thermomechanical ones. The researches of amount influence of brown fused corundum produced by OJSC "Zaporozhabraziv", which is used instead fused corundum produced by PJSC "The URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY", on the properties of low cement alumina spinel vibration castable grade of "СГШНЦОБ-1" and samples from this castable have been carried out. It has been determined the possibility of participial replacement of white fused corundum produced by PJSC "The URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" in the composition of low cement alumina spinel vibration castable grade of "СГШНЦОБ-1" on brown fused corundum produced by OJSC "Zaporozhabraziv". The application of brown fused corundum in the composition of indicated castable provides increasing strength of samples produced from this castable after firing at temperature 1450°С (~ 1.4-2 times more). As a result of carried out researches the production technology of new kind of product (low cement alumina spinel vibration castable with brown corundum addition grade of "СГШНЦОБ-2") has been developed. The comparison researches of influence of dispersing additions type (ADS-1 and ADW-1, Castament FS-10 and FW-10, Peramin AL 200 and Peramin AL 300) on the properties of low cement mullite corundum self-flowing castable grade of "СМКНЦБС-1" and samples from this castable have been carried out. It has been determined that properties samples from low cement mullite corundum self-flowing castable grade of "СМКНЦБС-1", containing dispersing additions Peramin AL 200 + Peramin AL 300, are slightly lower in comparison with ones, containing dispersing additions ADS-1 + ADW-1 and Castament FS-10 + FW-10, but these properties are corresponded to technical requirements (TU U 26.2-00190503-338:2010) for this production type. The use of dispersing additions Peramin AL 200 and Peramin AL 300 allows expanding of raw materials base for manufacture of castable grade of "СМКНЦБС-1". In PJSC "THE URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY", using low cement alumina spinel vibration castable grade of "СГШНЦОБ" (corresponded to technical requirements TU U 26.2-00190503-325:2009), containing as reinforced addition fiber from low carbon unburnt steel wire (Standard 3282-74), two "impact"-plates with sizes 450x450x65 mm, which are intended to protection of metal jet fall area in tundish bottom, have been produced. The indicated plates have been industrially tested in tundish bottom lining at one of metallurgical plants of Ukraine. Taking into attention a wear character, the alumina spinel plates produced by PJSC "THE URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" can provide stable and secure metal pouring at melt series less than 16. The indicated firmness is corresponded to world analogs level for alumina spinel "impact"-plates. In PJSC "THE URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" the pilot batches of different castables and refractory products based on them have been produced and intended to customers. The work shall be continued in the line of production technology mastering of low cement alumina spinel vibration castable with brown corundum addition grade of "СГШНЦОБ-2", as well as further improvement of production technology of low cement castables and expanding of their production and application values.
