The objects of the study were intermetallic systems Ti-Cu, Ti-Ni and Ti-Sn, refractory compounds of Ti-Si, double powder alloys of titanium alloy alpha and beta stabilizers, composites based on Si, SiC and Si3N4. This paper investigated the mechanisms and reaction products of the destructive hydrogenation previously unexplored intermetallics and compounds based on titanium to produce composites with controlled structure and phase composition, investigated the effect of alpha-and beta-stabilizers as alloying elements on the intensity splavoutvorennya, optimum conditions of heat treatment of mixtures with TiH2 for high-density materials with the required mechanical properties, mechanisms of action of hydrogen-thermal treatment processes for removal of impurity elements, mass transfer, activation sintering, structure formation in kremniyvmisnih composites in order to improve their physical and mechanical properties.
