Main attention is given reinforcement micro-and nanoparticles at the micro level to form the microstructure of cement whose properties to the greatest extent determine the service characteristics of concrete. To develop principles of composite materials on the basis of concrete will be constructed model deformation and fracture of materials. This will get the forecasting methodology performance of certain composite materials. The project will be implemented based on modern approaches materials, solid mechanics and fracture mechanics.
