Research goal – to develop and approve the information technologies and estimation techniques of the effects of natural, climatic and anthropogenic factors on transformation of the West Polesie biogeosystem components using complex geomonitoring technologies and new methods for sampling and processing of monitoring data. On the first stage of research it was analyzed and structured literary and archival data, identified potential threats to biogeosystem caused by climatic and anthropogenic factors, organized bioindicators and criterias for estimation the ecological state of the West Polesie biogeosystem components. Specific objects were selected, within the West Polesie territory, for investigation of anthropogenic factors influence on their transformation. Current monitoring investigations using Earth remote sensing data and ground-based investigations were conducted as well as the existent geodatabase was ungraded. Relational database of current and archived monitoring data was formed and methodology of their complex processing was developed.
