It has been shown that the mechanisms of of structure formation significantly depends on the interaction between the individual NTs and their aggregates. The calculations of the fractal dimension defines the types of aggregates, and the percolation transition for all types of NT were determined from the data of electrical conductivity and optical microscopy.
