The aim - developing and introduction in manufacture economic and effective PVT system on the basis of MJ silicon SC with vertical diode cells which including film reflectors. Research method - the complex theoretical and experimental analysis of influence for the photovoltaic, thermal and electronic output characteristics of PVT system of its constructive-technological decisions. The constructive-technological innovative PVT system is decision. The main advantage of it: decrease in the cost price of electric energy, increase in its daily average generation and thermal energy recycling. For the first time the original direction low cost for increases of efficiency of mono-crystal silicon MJ SC with vertical diode cells is developed and experimentally approved. This method is using of Kikoin-Noskov photo-electromagnetic effect and thermo-magnetic effect of Nernst-Ettingsgauzen, that's allows to raise efficiency on 9.8 relative % under the influence of a stationary magnetic field. The complete set of the manufacturing design documentation is developed for the batch production organization on PVT system. Research sample PVT system is made.
