The subject of inquiry is a set of specimens of the developed alloy ЖС3ЛС-M during industrial certification of mechanical and technological properties in comparison with commercial alloys ЖС3ЛС and ЖС6У. The aim of the work is to develop some modernized chemical composition of ЖС3ЛС-М on the base of commercial high-temperature corrosion-resistant alloy ЖС3ЛС with the same level of mechanical properties as compared with non-corrosion-resistant aircraft alloys ЖС6К and ЖС6У. Methods of investigation: metallographic and X-ray spectral analyses; short-term and long-term high-temperature mechanical tests. The results of industrial certification have demonstrated that the developed high-temperature corrosion-resistant nickel-base cast alloy ЖС3ЛС-М has the greatly higher level of mechanical properties than commercial high-temperature corrosion-resistant alloy ЖС3ЛС. Besides, the developed alloy ЖС3ЛС-М has the same level of high-temperature strength when better plasticity as compared with commercial high-temperature corrosion-resistant alloy ЖС6У. The developed alloy ЖС3ЛС-М has overcome the industrial certification of mechanical properties and technological testing in the industrial conditions of "Motor Sich" JSC during manufacturing procedure of gas turbines of different application hot-path cast parts successfully. Field of application are energetic and gas-transporting systems of Ukraine.
