Research of structure and phase structure of multilayer film systems methods of electronic microscopy and an electron diffraction sowed that all samples received on a substrate at the room temperature, have the extremely fine-crystalline structure with size of crystallites no more than 5-10 nm. Annealing of samples to 700 K leads to growth of grains in the plane of film to 50-100 nm. Research of electro-conductivity of multilayer films shaved that for all studied samples characterized irreversible reduction of electric resistance as a result of the first annealing which is connected with structure improvement (reduction of quantity of defects, nuclear streaming). In the subsequent cycles "heating-cooling", curves dependences of R(T) coincide. The size of specific resistance of samples depends on structure, thickness of not magnetic layers and structure (the size of crystallites). Dimensional dependence of resistance of metal sandwiches, with polycrystalline films. In the field of small value d3,2 numerical value of specific resistance decides by nature of interaction of carriers of a charge on external borders and thickness of a layer so that d3 d2 on dependence of (d3,1) arises a maximum caused by diffusion dispersion of electrons by borders of a sandwich. For theoretical justification of the received result of a giant magneto-resistance (GMR), Mayadas, Shatskes and ferromagnetic Motta's models were used. The carried-out numerical calculations of GMR for three-layer systems showed that calculated and experimental value qualitatively coordinate. The received experimental results testify of rather big heat stability of properties of film structures Co/Cu(Ag)/Fe/S that allows to recommend at production of magneto-resistive elements as one of stages of technological process, thermostabilization annealing at vacuum in the range of temperatures 500-700 K directly after sedimentation of film.
