Intelligent agents - a new trend in the development of artificial intelligence systems, integrated with network technology advances, distributed programming and decision making theory. The object of research is the process of creating models of software systems and support intelligent information systems to provide effective interaction of intelligent agents and possibilities of knowledge organization based on the ontological spaces, as well as Internet of storing, processing and knowledge exchange. The subject of research is the methods of construction and analysis tools agent models of intelligent information systems, tools and technologies for creating and maintaining software support of agent platforms based on formal models and ontological spaces. Using agents will increase the intellectual level of the mechanisms by inference, of knowledge representation based on ontology and ontological spaces, and distributed computing. Using intelligent information systems can get the following benefits: simultaneous work of users with the system as on the individual and on common tasks, the ability to use large volume of knowledge bases located on different hosts on the network, scalability, openness, resistance to failures, etc. . The tool to dynamically change the behavior of the object and control its logical and functional integrity of the existing means of agent-oriented, aspect-oriented and object-oriented programming. An architecture and software implementation of application agent platforms is proposed and investigated. Some sample architectures of application agent systems and implementations created as the prototypes. The significance of the project to solve economic and social problems is that knowledge management in organizations is a modern and promising trend of research based on several different approaches and schools, one of the most successful of which is the collaboration management. Using agents for knowledge management in collaborative environments can provide members of the computing the freedom of action while directing intelligent information system to meet global goals of the organization.
