Results: in patients with AML certain factors of infectiously-inflammatory complications risk in accordance to the disease stage have been definited - clinical (cytopenias by different genesis, increase of intoxication and temperature reaction to febrilical values); microbiological (in overhead respiratory tract the absence or the presence certain types of microorganisms in the diagnostically meaningful titles); immunological (increase of indexes СD4-limphocytes and decrease of completeness of phagocytosis). In intestine biotop of patients with AML and CML the insufficient amount and/or absence of representatives normoflora has been marked. The presence of pathogenic characteristics in infectiously-inflammatory complications factors has been revealed and them sensitiveness to antibiotics has been certained. The promoted level of С-reactive protein in blood serum of patients coincided with the infectiously-inflammatory complications presence. Infected of patients with AML by cytomegalovirus (100 %), viruses of herpes 1, 2 type (94,4 %) and Epshtane-Barr (62,5 %) testifies to high infectiously-inflammatory complications probability by viral etiology.
