The objective is to analyze and summarize current theoretical developments, the current legislation of Ukraine, foreign countries and existing jurisprudence contemporary issues involving economic regulation of public law in civil relations, theoretical model developments necessary for improvement of legal regulation of public law entities participating in civil relations and its subsequent implementation through the development of necessary laws, dissemination of scientific ideas. Methods - general and special methods of scientific knowledge, in particular, dialectical, historical-legal, comparative legal and formal-legal, systems, methods of analysis and synthesis, abstraction and generalization. Results of the study are to develop basic directions and ways of improving the current legislation governing relations with entities of public law: the state of Ukraine, territorial communities of villages, towns and cities, state and local governments.
