The subject of investigation is the process of recycling of copper wastes, recycling equipment, labour safety and environmental safety system. The main purpose of this investigation is development the production procedures of recycling of copper wastes for obtaining of high-quality products. The input raw materials and fabricated products have characterized. The process chart which consists of incoming control, radiation control, explosion hazard control, execution of wastes recycling operations for producing of briquettes, tablets or a rolled wire, and material balance is presented. The shipment scheme of products is specified. The possible maladjustments during operation of the equipment have estimated and ways of their elimination have offered. The labour safety and environmental safety problems have considered. The basic techniques used for the development: the system analysis of copper wastes according to DSTU standards; safety control techniques of scrap; experimental methods of validation of production technology, analysis of labour safety using DSTU standards.
