The FTIR spectroscopy method revealed that the chemical structure of PCN network at forming pores does not change, and thermal properties of film materials are improved after removal of porogens. The parameters of porous structure of thin films obtained from homo-and hybrid polycyanurates by the methods of incomplete conversion and thermal destruction have been studied and the influence of the method of pores creation on the parameters of porosity of the polycyanuratefilms has been determined. It is found that the pore size varies from 20 to 150 nm, while over 80% of the pores have a diameter of about 50 nm.
