The objective is to determine the actual directions of the democratic transformation of Ukraine's legal system, the analysis of ethical issues and legal support progressive social change, mechanisms of private influence on social processes, the place and role of law in them. For this purpose were investigated: 1) Conceptual Framework of the formation and development of civil society in Ukraine, 2) regulatory factors of modern civil society as a system of formation, and 3) the meaning of "moral principles" in the legislation of Ukraine; 4) dialectical relationship private and public interests as the basis of the legal development of civil society, 5) priority natural rights in private regulation of social relations, and 6) non-commercial organizations in Ukraine as civil society, 7) the place and role of business organizations in modern social transformations in Ukraine, etc.. Methods - general and special methods of scientific knowledge, in particular, dialectical, historical-legal, comparative legal and formal-legal, systems, methods of analysis and synthesis, abstraction and generalization. Results of the study appear in the development of political and legal model of civil society, which could enable a harmonious combination of general (public) interest in the rights and freedoms of the individual, will enhance public creativity Ukrainian society, the creation of an efficient market economy, the development of national entrepreneurship, strengthen the rights and freedoms in Ukraine. Forecast assumptions about the development of the research object projected further development and strengthening of private foundations of civil society in Ukraine based on the continuation of the process of denationalization and privatization, development and scientific understanding of this trend through the development of the theory of private law, strengthening cooperation of private and public element in shaping the future of civil society , diversify it as permanent and temporary institutions.
