Normal indentation size effect on the basis of general theoretical models (Meyer’s law, Hays-Kendall’s model, the elastic/plastic deformation model and the proportional specimen resistance model) is analyzed on the example of the simplest (based on As2Se3) system of chalcohgenide glasses, namely: As2Se3 + 0.5 ат.% Nd, As2Se3 + 0.5 ат.% Sm, As2Se3 + 0.5 ат.% Ho, As2Se3 + 0.5 ат.% Er. Comparative analysis of these parameters for the investigated glasses and cobalt based crystalline alloys (taken from literature) shows that these dependences are very similar with similar correlation coefficients. So absence of long-range order in amorphous materials does not affect on the dependences between parameters of the above mentioned models. By using modern 109Ag NMR it is observed the various dynamics of silver for super-ionic conducting glasses of Ag2S-As2S3-AgI system compared to ionic-conducting glasses of As2S3-AgI system.
