The aim is to develop theoretical bases of creation energy effective schemes and heat utilizing complexes on the basis of gas-flame units of power-intensive industries using cogenerating technologies which will provide release of basic and additional production such as thermal energy in the form of hot blasting, water vapor and electric energy. The new method of non-stationary processes recuperative type heat exchangers is developed. A scientific novelty of this work is application of a method of the running account for the solution of the differential equations system of mathematical model. A method obtained for heat exchanger dynamics analysis on the basis of net equations is investigated on stability and convergence. Absolute stability and high convergence allow to apply this method for analisys of plate and tube heat exchangers with complicated heat-carriers flow scheme at various laws of streams temperature variation at an input in the device. Results of the project can be applied in power system, heat power buildings, chemical mechanical engineering, petrochemical manufacture and other industries.
