Methods of research are a theoretical analysis of existing scientific-methodical approaches to definition of quality of formation which are used in educational process of higher school. Method of development of the criteria of evaluating of quality of formation. Method of testing. Method of computer monitoring and definition of ratings in educational process. Project and the model of the system of complex computer monitoring of quality of formation and definition of ratings in educational process pursuant to requirements of credit-modular system and the control of knowledges on ECTS is developed. Architecture of the system, program shell of boundary testing of knowledges and the interfaces of enter of additional data of students is developed.
