The aim - research of metabolism during intensive physical loadings different orientation and methods of their correction for skilled athletes. Object of research - the training and competition activity management of elite sthletes. Methods of research: analysis of modern scientific literature; analysis of actual rations of feed of sportsmen; anthropometric; pedagogical; hematological; biochemical; physiology; mathematical methods of statistics. It was study the metabolism changes, that allows to expose the features of adaptation of organism to the large physical loadings, to pick up effective facilities and methods of renewal and increase of physical capacity. The features of proteometabolism are studied during the annual cycle of preparation and intercommunication between the state of proteometabolism is certain and by the special physical capacity of highly skilled sportsmen. Meaningfulness of influence of factors which privodyat' to violation of proteometabolism of sportsmen and as a result to the decline of their special capacity is found out. The ways of correction of proteometabolism of sportsmen of high qualification are scientifically grounded. New scientific information is got about the changes of proteometabolism as an indicator of influence of the trainings and competition loadings on the organism of skilled sportsmen. As a result of research the checking and correction of metabolism of skilled sportsmen system is developed depending on the type of sport and a patent is got on the computer program of estimation and correction of feed of sportsmen. The results of scientific research are inculcated in practice of athletes preparation of rowing, triathlon, ski races, athletic and other Ukraine teams. The research data can be used for planning of annual preparation cycle of elite athletes different specializations, and also for control and negative metabolism changes in result from influence of intensive training and competition loadings.
