Analytical and experimental approaches, based on regularities determination and model generation of energy output for compound sections drilling basic process were elaborated as a result of the existing scientific achievements, the conducted theoretical and experimental research. Due to this, the idea of energy output evaluation during bottom-hole deepening with drilling bits as well as during drill string rotation in directional wellbore and its flushing, was implemented. The idea of exploitation, kinematic and dynamic parameters influence evaluation of borehole rod pumping unit energy output during hydrocarbon production, was implemented. Evaluation method of corrosion and fatigue endurance of pump rod and producing string elements to provide their reliability, based on four-parameter equation of corrosion fatigue curve, was elaborated as well as method of parameter optimization of borehole rod pumping unit according to criterion of energy output minimization, based on current dynamic fluid level measurement and relevant beam-pumping unit operational mode adjustment. Also the idea of energy consumption evaluation for gas transportation by determination of general efficiency factor of gas transportation system and its operational mode optimization by choosing optimal efficiency factor as criterion was implemented during work.
