Karazin popup.description2 The object of study - modes of cell culture microalgae Dunaliella viridis, low molecular weight water soluble components of the algal cells.Purpose of the work - to develop technology of biologically active compounds that exhibit antitoxic properties of microalgae biomass as a result of the specific conditions of cultivation.Research methods - used biochemical research methods, in particular, the content of lipids and ?-carotene, protein, nucleic acid, enzyme activity, by atomic absorption spectrometry, methods of cultivation of microalgae.A new experimental approach to the technology of cultivation of microalgae Dunaliella viridis - a quasi-continuous cultivation (QNC) and QNC with the introduction of ethanol. It is shown that the cumulative cultivation (CC) ethanol at low concentrations (0.3 - 0.5%) induces a specific functional reorganization metabolism microalgae D.viridis, as a result of increases in cells RNA, protein and DNA. The growth rate of algae D. viridis in different modes of cultivation correlates with the accumulation of exopolysaccharides (EPS) in the culture medium and the content of chlorophyll a and b in the algal cells. A new methodological approach of cell destruction microalgae culture fluid using Pleurotus ostreatus representative basidiomycetes obtained in surface culture in a liquid medium of a certain composition. Defined water-soluble composition of the received components of microalgae Dunaliella viridis, Chlorella vulgaris and Spirulina platensis. Model systems in vitro and in animal experiments with a model of hepatitis was found that low molecular weight water-soluble components LMWCD.V. of algae cells possess antioxidant and anti-radical activity and provide partial elimination of hepatitis. However, the most unexpected new and important was the influence LMWCD.V. on the intracellular distribution of copper ions Product Description popup.authors Кізілова В. Мензянова Н.
