It is shown that the configuration of external magnetic field has an essential influence on values and space distribution of electric fields in discharge. It is found that in external homogeneous magnetic field with induction 50 - 60 hauss the amplitude of intensity of azimuthal and radial electric HF fields on periphery of discharge reaches 10 - 15 V/cm. and the intensity equals zero on the axis of discharge. In discharge within inhomogeneous magnetic field, which is increasing with detaching out from antenna, the intensity of azimuthal and radial fields in nonaxial maximum has 5 - 6 V/cm. It obtained that the amplitude of longitudinal electric field reaches ~ 2 V/cm, and the amplitude of the HF oscillation of plasma potential in both pointed above cases reaches 25 - 30 V. It is found that the space distributions of amplitude of HF potential are determined by interference between both the oscillations of wave potential and the global oscillations of the plasma column potential.
