The purpose of the work consists of combined using of data about hydrophobic, protolitic and complexing properties of some medicinal preparations, their influence on sensibilized luminescence of lanthanide ions for the justification of luminescent methods for the determination of active pharmaceutical ingredients. The optimum conditions of complex formation of lanthanide ions with the oxyquinoline carboxylic acid pyridinamides derivatives (L1-5 ) and luminescent properties of these complexes have been determined. It has been established that introduction of some medicinal preparations (carvedilol, сytisin, аmixine) to the Tb(III)-L1-5 system leads to the quenching effect on the 4f-luminescence of terbium (III) ions. With the use of luminescent probe of Tb(III)-L3 the highly sensitive, simple and express methods of determination of carvedilol, сytisin, аmixine in different medicinal forms and outwashes from the surfaces of pharmaceutical equipment have been developed. The protolitic equilibriums constants of sildenafil (which are equal 10.03; 5.17 and 3.66) have been determined at the ionic strenth 0.24 (KCl) in an 50% water - methanol by pH-titration method. Solubility of antranilic acid and its derivatives, and also nalidixic acid, ciprofloxacin and pefloxacin have been studied in binary solvents. Unusually high solubility at рН~2 in water - ethanol mixture (4:1) for derivates of quinolone carboxylic acids has been found, that can be utillized for their selective extraction from multicomponent drugs.
