Karazin popup.description2 The object of study - a phenomenon changes the properties of biological objects, due to the action of low-intensity electromagnetic waves on the values that are not achieved at the expense of purely thermal radiation losses in biological material. The purpose - to study the mechanisms of the biological effects of the combined action of electromagnetic waves of low intensity, and other factors in those cases where the use of different wavelength ranges. In addition to this, the aim is to make recommendations on how to improve with this radiation useful properties of biological objects. Research methods - biophysical, radiophysical. Studied in detail the physical mechanism by which low-intensity electromagnetic waves provide a change in the properties of biological objects. The primary act is to increase the size of the air bubbles in the vicinity of biological cell membranes - in the aqueous layer, which is closely associated with the membrane. This fact decreases the effective thickness of the layer, thus increasing the rate of metabolism between the cell and the extracellular medium. Increase in metabolic rate - it is a change in normal (standard) functioning of the cell. Such restructuring mode of cell, its deviation from the "norm", in fact, is his reaction to the fact that cell took radiation. The cell is the smallest structural and functional unit of living matter. This means that changing the operating mode of the cell inevitably affects the body to which the cell belongs. Using biophysical methods showed a decrease of 1.1 times the effective thickness of the water layer, which is closely associated with the membrane of human red blood cells, due 15 minutes of low-intensity electromagnetic radiation. It was found that the biological effect is not dependent on the frequency of the electromagnetic field: about the same thickness reduction provide light waves and millimeter waves and centimeter waves. It was found that pre-treatment of biomaterials (heating, ozonation, ultrasound) enhances the effect of the electromagnetic radiation.
