The purpose of work - definition by methods of physical and mathematical simulation, and also a natural experiment of optimum requirements of heat treatment, expanding, incineration and a melting of different natural and technogenic disperse materials for using them as alternate fuel or thermal insulation material. The theme was fulfilled in 2010 - 2012. There are theoretically justified and experimentally determinated the requirements of maximum total incinerate of a waste oils filtration sorbent in the rotary furnace. The mathematical simulation of heat and mass tranfer of perlite dehydration process in inert material in fluidized bed with simultaneous fuel combustion and fields of temperature and solid concentration in a bad is carried out. The possibility of production of hollow microorbs from a perlite with regulete caracteristics is experimentally confirmed. The calculations of industrial barbotage furnaces of rockwool articles manufacture for minimization of a specific fuel consumption and investment costses are carried out. It is proved, that the using batch shaft preheater with independent heating is the most comprehensible variant. The technological line of thermal neutralization of a oiled filtering material - waste products of oil-refinary manufactures with using heat of combustion for instead of natural gas in a steam-boiler for industrial steam production is improved.
