By using of SGM software the multiversion computations of wind waves in the Dnepr-Bug estuary and reanalysis of wind wave parameters for the period of 1979-2011 in the coastal zone of West Crimea are carried out in the grid-environment. The "Environmental Emergency Grid Modeling" virtual organization has built in cooperation with the Institute of Mathematical Machines and Systems Problems (IMMSP) of the NAS of Ukraine. The computational resources of the virtual organization include 32 CPU of MHI of the NASU grid-site and 16 CPU of IMMSP of the NASU grid-site. On the grid-site of the MHI of the NAS of Ukraine the additional virtual server with the Scientific Linux operating system is tuned. The gLite 3.2 Middleware is installed on the server and is being testing on it.
