Research Methods are collection and analysis of available information about the radiological situation in critical localities of five contaminated areas of Ukraine, conducting populations surveys about babys nutrition, the experimental verification of the radiation situation in selected localities. According to the survey the algorithm of improvements was designed for selected critical settlements in Zhytomyr and Rivne regions to develop a set of countermeasures. For these settlements jotting for parents were developed about the organization structure of the diet of baby food, processing of agricultural products which were grown at home and using of forest products. After analyzing a project of comprehensive program for specific localities was created considering the existing situation and the characteristics of radiological material and economic opportunities. These specialized programs were not prepared and not taken until now. The draft program can be used as a standalone program or be included in national programs.
