The purpose of work-creation of cryostat system for scanning and research of parameters of surfaces and film coverages non-destructive and manufacture on the basis of received results of an experimental sample (ЕS) cryosystem of scanning (ЕОCS). Tasks of operation were: Design construction documentation of an experimental sample of a system, for status monitoring nanostructured surfaces and film coverages by the non-destructive way by themethod of their microwave exploration. Design documentation and the experimental sampleof scanning cryostat system aremanufactured. The system has following characteristics: - Work range of temperature of a microwave stransmitter 79 ± 1К. - Operation time at 79 ± 1К without refilling of cryoagent not less - 5 hours. - Volume of nitrigen can of a flooded nitrogen cryostat 2,5 l; - Minimal work time of a cryostat without refilling - 5 hours; Size of a scanned horizontal plane, mm 300х300; Minimal step of scanning, mm 0,0025; Working stroke in vertical direction, mm 15; -.Minimal step of migration in vertical direction, mm 0,005; Minimal distance up to scannnig sample, mm 0,1; - Maximal migration on an axes Х, mm 300; - Maximal migration on an axes Y, mm 300; - Maximal migration on an axesZ mm 36.
