Subject of research are information technologies of data processing about the ecological state of the environment. The purpose of the work is development of new methods, and associated information technology data processing - software package that allows for analysis of the results of chemical and radiation monitoring territorial objects. The information technology of processing and analysis of data about chemical, including radioactive, pollution of parts of the landscape in technologically-laden regions has been proposed. Computational technology of prediction based on fuzzy approach, and predicting the complex index of technogenic impact using the pre-filtering have been developed, which improved the accuracy of the results. A technology assessment of the accumulation of man-made pollution based on the approximation of the distribution function of the convolution of Weibull by convolution of normal and spline-exponential distributions has been proposed. Computational schemes of identification of spline distributions have been improved. The models of the migration of chemical elements have been proposed and technology of approximation of time series with bell-shaped function has been improved. The results can be applied in various fields of science and industry to monitor the state of the environment and pollution assessment techno-laden regions as well as in the educational process.
