Novikov, Registration Date 30-01-2013 Organization Lviv Polytechnic National University popup.description2 New methods of synthesis of previously unknown thiosulfonate, sulfide, sulfonyl heterocyclic derivatives of sym-triazine were developed and the directions of their practical application were studied. Convenient preparative methods of the production of new various polyfunctional sym-triazine derivatives were developed through the selective introduction of pharmacophore fragments into the triazine cycle. The composition and structure of the synthesized compounds was confirmed by elemental analysis, as well as IR and NMR spectroscopy. The physico-chemical properties of the synthesized sym-triazine derivatives were determined. Computer-aided screening of biological activity of the obtained compounds – 2,4,6-tri-(tiazolo)imidazolo-1,3,5-triazine, 2-sulfanilamino-4-arylamino-6-(thiazolo)-imidazolo-1,3,5-triazines, 5-H(aryl)(acetyl)-2-[2-(4,6-dichloro-1,3,5-triazine-2-il)hydrazino]-1,3-thiazol-4-ones and 9-aryl-6,13,15-trioxo-3,7-dithia-5,14-diazapentacyclo-[9,5,1,02,10,012,16]-heptadec-4(8)-en-14-yl]-2-amino-(4,6-dichloro)-1,3,5-triazines – was conducted. The compounds with the highest rates of different types of activity (bactericidal, fungicidal, cancer, etc.) were selected for further microbiological studies.
