Their feature is the use of combined volume holographic optical elements for formation and transformation of light beams, which were created by the original technology. Such methods were used to create the phase-modulation microscope devices models for the phase-structural analysis of laser beams transmitted and reflected by microobjects of technical and biological origin in order to determine their three-dimensional morphology, surface shape and structural properties. The possibility of these methods using to study the phase of dynamic objects is considered.
