The purpose of the work: development theoretical bases of processes and equipment for continuous division and peeling of humid dispersive materials in a field vibro-blowing inertia loading. The method of the study and equipment: theoretical researches were spent with use of the dynamic "elastic-concentrated" models, techniques of the general theory hydraulic forging-punching machines, the equations of power balance, the equations of movement and preservation of an impulse, bases and dependences of theories of static filtering, hydraulic and mechanical blow, the theory of mechanical fluctuations, and also the computer Excel-programs made by authors. Theoretical and practical results: on the basis of structural schemes of the equipment with hydraulic pulse drive (HPD) for continuous division and clearing of damp disperse materials in the field vibro-blowing inertial loadings, its dynamic models are developed; the performance of a condition that frequency of periodic influence vibro-exciter on hydro-mechanical system of the researched equipment less than its first resonant frequency, has allowed to apply in the course of dynamic modelling the "elastic-concentrated" model, in which the working liquid is compressed and has viscosity, and the basic parameters of weights, elastic and deformable elements are considered as the reduced; with use of the simplified dynamic models mathematical models of the equipment with HPD for continuous vibro-blowing divisions and clearings are developed; the equations of mathematical models establish connections between design data of the researched equipment, physic-mechanical characteristics of a processed material and its parameters of loading; By means of the equations of mathematical models and computer Excel-programs, the theoretical dependences of parameters of loading a processed material during its continuous vibro-blowing divisions and clearings from constructive and working parameters of the equipment with HPD are calculated and were drawing. Novelty of work are: dynamic and mathematical models of the equipment with HPD for continuous division and clearing of damp disperse materials in the field vibro-blowing inertial loading, that include the equations of balances of energy, the equation of preservation of impulses of executive elements of the equipment and the differential equations of their movement for different stages of operation cycle of HPD, besides, are used dependences of the theory of mechanical and hydraulic blow; the offered mathematical models allow to define optimum parameters of loading a processed material, proceeding from its physic-mechanical characteristics and equipment design data. Efficiency of introduction is provided, because in comparison with known mechanical methods and the equipment for division, the method of vibro-blowing loading and the equipment with HPD provide thrice reduction of final humidity of a concentrate of a processed material, and in comparison with thermal methods which are realized on vacuum, spraying and drum-type dryers - 10 times the lowest power consumption of working process; at use of a method continuous vibro-blowing clearings of damp disperse materials on the equipment with HPD in comparison with the clearing without blowing on 20 % productivity of process raises and the blockage of a filtering membrane is practically eliminated at the time.
