Methods of research - theoretical and methodological apparatus for predicting behavior of complex economic systems based on theories: fuzzy sets, neural networks, genetic algorithms and so on. In order to improve the efficiency of business activities of domestic enterprises authors developed a conceptual framework for designing complex economic systems and facilities, with particular attention acquired system to determine the level of use of the strategic potential of domestic enterprises.The application of the developed mathematical models and methods for construction of complex economic systems based on neural networks and fuzzy logic to significantly increase the efficiency of domestic enterprises.
