A new methodology for managing branched technological process (BTP) under uncertainty. Improved classification is differs additional classification criteria: type of uncertainty is the vector input BTP, the level and type of uncertainty parameters and structure of BTP, the type of uncertainty components of the vector results BTP, the form of indefinite data, an submodels heuristic component in the overall management model BTP, a way to model algorithm of control BTP. The value of an improved classification is that it is the basis of a systematic approach to the selection of BTP modeling and decision-making by management. Developed system of the basic structures of branched processes and guidelines for choosing the method of modeling. A new approach differs to the choice of the method of modeling and matching models to the original data and the results for processes with complex (composite structure) and the method of aggregation functions subprocesses.
