It was provided the functioning of the National primary standard of units of time and frequency (NPSTF), reproducing and storing of units of time and frequency by this standard, maintenance of the National scale of coordinated time of Ukraine, and comparison with the Coordinated Universal Time and the National standards time scales of other countries. Non-systematic error of reproducing the units of time and frequency by group measure of NPSTF, which is characterized by standard deviation of the result of measurements, estimated in 2012 as value 1,6х10^-14 at acceptable value 5х10^-14. Nonexcluded systematic error of measurement standard was -1,9х10^-14 (not exceed the acceptable value +-1х10^-13) in 2012.
