Was determined the influence on these properties of the range of biologically important molecules (vitamin and pro-vitamin D3, antimicrobial agents etc.) and halides of alkali metals. It was shown that the influence of UV-radiation at the pro-vitamin in the conditions of lipid membrane is similar to its influence on cholesteric liquid crystals, that contain this component, namely, takes place the process of pro-vitamin photo-transformation into the vitamin, which is determined in the corresponding temperatures changes of phase transfers.
