Specific immunoglobulin obtained on the base of deproteinized antigen revealed protective action of antigen in the experiment. Obtaining of protective antigen from actual strains of S. aureus as well as diagnostic preparation are important and necessary steps for investigation of donors and reconvalescents sera for the presence of protective antibodies with aim to obtain high effective human immunoglobuline for treatment of gram positive sepsis.
