Regularities of quantity variation of undestroyed elements in time during CM destruction and difference in formed AE signals were established. Influence of load speed and physical-mechanical characteristics of CM on AE signals parameters during thermoactivation and preferential mechanical destruction of CM were determined either. It is shown that incoherence of acoustic emission does not influence on AE signal, so in case of presentation of acoustic emission as a wave process you can see absence of principal difference with case of existence of coherence of emission. Increase and decrease of speed of CM destruction which is determined by heterogeneity of its structure influence on modification of AE signal form and appearance of cutting of its backspace were established.
