A goal of the research: theoretical and experimental substantiation of scientific and techni-cal solutions aimed to the development of perspective technologies and means of surveillance, naviga-tion and radio monitoring of radioelectronic-object situation in the integrated information systems for the complex dynamic objects control. Research methods: - theoretical developments, mathematical modeling, system analysis. The report presents the following results: the improved existing technology of adaptive space-time signal processing against the background of interferences, which corresponds to the world level of the adaptive processing development theory and technique, and in issues related to the practical implementation with the modern element base surpasses the world analogues. There are also developed: - the technology of three-dimensional terrain maps to improve an accuracy of de-termination of the earth-surface-based objects motion parameters by both signals of satellite navigation systems and mobile communications, investigated with the use of software developed; - algorithms and formulas for the navigation problem solution with the substitution of the additional equation of locality surface; - recommendations on the use of the developed technology and possible ways of its improve-ment; - the structure and composition of the simulation and modelling system for testing and efficiency estimation of multilevel integrated detection of radiation, sources and objects under radiation in the ra-dio monitoring means and systems at stages of the signal co-processing formation of kind, develop-ment, testing and operation; - functional software of the simulation system for testing and efficiency es-timation of multi-level systems for complex detection of radiation, sources and objects under radiation. -The influence of different factors on the effectiveness of the systems of recognition is defined. - The practical technologies of information flows processing in the integrated mobile networks, differing by the possibility to get access to all the functions and services on demand in the 3rd generation systems, providing a high level of uniqueness for users and giving operators the possibility to gather valuable marketing information, are developed. On the basis of the theory of multicriterion optimization, a meth-odology of a design solutions choice is proposed, which allows to take into account, on a strictly formal-ized level, a set of antagonistic quality indices of radio communication networks.
