Aim of work: Improvement of medicosocial rehabilitation of invalids as a result of innate pathology of the cardiovascular system. Research methods: socialhygienical, monographic, method of expert estimations, clinic functional, statistical. The general contingent of invalids is first certain with congenital heart diseases (СHD), level, structure, weight, dynamics of disability, state of medicosocial rehabilitation that is an infobase for the acceptance of administrative decisions from planning of medicosocial rehabilitation both on the whole on Ukraine and in regions. Research of contingent of invalids from CHD allowed to define to his feature on age, article, by reasons, weight, categories of disability, attitude toward labour, studies, to define social insufficiency, requirements in the events of medicosocial rehabilitation, imperfection of medicosocial examination and rehabilitation. It is shown that defects in the inspection of patients and invalids from СHD result in groundless expert decisions, errors in the estimation of degree of functional violations, rehabilitation potential, forming of events of medicosocial rehabilitation. On the basis of clinic expert inspection medical, professionally-labour, social factors, that influence on forming of rehabilitation potential and his level for invalids from СHD, specified maintenance of rehabilitation potential, investigational type of the psychical reacting, quality of life, are certain, testing of professional advantages is conducted. The specified requirements of invalids are in the types of medicosocial rehabilitation. Worked out programs of medical, professionally-labour, social rehabilitation for invalids from СHD in accordance with the level of rehabilitation potential. Formed labour recommendations, program of clinic expert inspection, organizational stages, terms and certain participants of rehabilitation process that on the whole allows to optimize the medicosocial rehabilitation of invalids from СHD.
