On territory of the Ukraine is used row ASP, not equipped with device of primary concentrate of inert gases. Involvement of the specified installation in technological process of the inert gases reception as raw materials sources will bring about increase the volumes their production on 10…15% with minimum capital expenditures. The methods of the accumulation and enrichments heavy rare gas, which are based on phase conversion vapour-solid are explored. The experimental installation for experimental checking the physical model of the extraction Xe is made and tested. The problem of accumulation of the xenon and krypton from low concentrated mixtures can be solved by absorptions of the target products in moving layer of the sorbent. The influence to concentrations enriched mixture on value of the factor of the extraction of the target product is defined. Correctness of the accounting models is confirmed by way of the experimental study of the processes in steady-state and moving layer of the sorbent under T = 55…100 K. Waste flow of average capacity ASP, not equiped with device for primary enrichment neon-helium mixture, contains 1…2% (Ne+He). The design is offered and experienced-industrial sample of the external device of primary concentrating (DPK) of neon-helium mixture on the base of packing columns is created. Ne-He mixture with concentration beside 50 % is received as a result of experimental studies. The degree of the extraction (Ne+He) forms 95…99%. Product Description popup.authors Дьяченко О.В.
