Purpose of the study - the premise factors priorities of market transformation in cross-border region in the context of intra-regional integration and management mechanisms of these processes. The purpose of carrying out scientific research work was a comprehensive study of the preconditions and factors of market transformation in Euroregion "Bug" and ways of managing these processes in terms of cross-border cooperation and interregional integration. List of main tasks to achieve the goal: to structure the processes and trends of market transformation in cross-border region; justify strategic and tactical direction of market transformation in the Euroregion "Bug", a procedure of forming cross-border clusters in terms of market transformation, to develop a conceptual framework management market transformation at cross-border region. Research findings: guidelines management market transformation in cross-border cooperation and interregional integration for joint programming documents of the state and regional government, local government relevant cross-border regions of Ukraine, Poland and Belarus. Scientific novelty of the results is to develop organizational and institutional framework for sustainable spatial development of cross-border region in terms of market transformation and inter-regional integration, namely improved approaches to the concepts and terminology of market transformation and integration of inter-regional cross-border region, the formation of innovative investment mechanisms for sustainable spatial cross-border region, increasing its competitiveness, methodical approaches to diagnosis and program target of improvement of regional space, obtained the further development: identifying signs of market transformation in cross-border cooperation and interregional integration, cross-border assessment of the impact on the development of cross-border cooperation, the study of current trends CBC and interregional integration, identifying the factors of market transformation in cross-border regional association, characteristics and factors of cross-border information, labor, finance, and real estate.
