The work purpose - by results of meteorological supervision to define the minimum calculated values of temperature of atmospheric air on the territories of the Kirovograd area necessary for performance of heattechnical calculations of protecting designs of buildings. Research methods - the statistical analysis of results of temporary supervision over air temperature at region meteorological stations. From results of temporary supervision over temperature of atmospheric air at meteorological stations of the region the base of meteorological data which provided possibility of probabilistic representation of temperature in the form of quasistationary casual process is created. The minimum calculated values of temperature of atmospheric air during the cold period of the year depending on the period of their repeatability and an interval of averaging of temperature are defined. Territorial division into districts of the Kirovograd area on characteristic values of the minimum air temperature is executed and the generalized dependence of coefficient of reliability on the set period of repeatability of a calculated value is received. The received results allow to specify heattechnical calculations of protecting designs at new design and thermomodernization of existing buildings.
