The standard applies to secondary wood resources produced from residues (waste) production (logging and woodworking) and consumption (post-consumer wood) in the processes of economic activities. International Standard is intended for use as a single document (communication language) producers and consumers of waste, including recycled wood for the classification, identification and description and management of waste handling processes on the territory of several countries.
